I’m not bothering with Office anymore as I’ve switched to OpenOffice.org, therefore I need a replacement for Outlook 2003, Thunderbird is good for emails but carp for importing when a custom field is used such as a businesses price list or bonus codes…
Yeah, but why stop using something that works fine when there isn’t a decent replacement? I suppose you could knock something up in Access, though, which I wouldn’t worry about having learnt because it’s easy. But that’s MS Office as well of course…
I’ve always found that "by name, in alphabetical order" is a time-tested method.
